The Centro Multiprofissional de Estudos Paralímpico e Paradesportivo (CMEPP) has opened three new fellowship opportunities focused on pedagogy and sport development for people with disabilities. Supported by a scientific funding agency, the call includes one postdoctoral and two doctoral fellowships linked to a project dedicated to education, professional training, performance, and technology in parasport.

The postdoctoral position targets researchers with experience in adapted sport, motor learning, and pedagogical intervention. The selected fellow will contribute to the development and dissemination of teaching strategies for athletes with disabilities and take part in multidisciplinary research activities. Applications are open until 10 December 2025.

Two doctoral fellowships are available for candidates interested in contributing to the validation of a national model of long-term parasport development. Requirements include prior experience in sport initiation, athlete development, or coach education, along with meeting the criteria of the associated graduate program. Applications close on 15 December 2025.

The research themes associated with these positions include pedagogical strategies in parasport, professional preparation, motor development, teaching processes, and the application of technology in evaluation and training.

These opportunities are relevant for researchers working in adapted physical activity, inclusive sport development, and coach education who aim to advance knowledge in a specialized academic environment.
