The 4th International Symposium on Physical Activity and Individuals with Visual Impairment or Deafblindness (ISPAVID 2027) will take place from July 5–8, 2027, in Rochester, New York, USA.
The symposium will be co-hosted by the Rochester Institute of Technology (RIT) and SUNY Brockport, bringing together researchers, practitioners, and professionals working in adapted physical activity and disability.
The event will provide a platform to share research, practical approaches, and developments related to physical activity participation for individuals with visual impairment or deafblindness. It will also support collaboration across academic, clinical, and community settings.
ISPAVID is held biennially and continues to contribute to the advancement of knowledge and practice in this field.
