The VISTA 2025 Conference will take place online from May 18 to 29, 2026, offering free access to participants worldwide through a combination of live panels and recorded presentations. The updated format aims to maximize global participation and ensure continued knowledge exchange within the Paralympic research and practice community.

The programme will include six thematic live sessions, each lasting two hours and led by internationally recognized experts. Topics will cover key areas such as classification, engineering and technology, performance, and socio-cultural dimensions of Paralympic sport. Sessions will include interactive discussions, addressing current issues such as the use of data in research and athlete monitoring, evidence-based decision-making, and the role of support systems in high-performance environments.

In addition, previously scheduled oral and poster presentations will be made available as recorded content, allowing participants to access a wide range of research contributions on demand. The conference will also include recognition of the IPC Scientific Award.
