A national conference focused on adapted and Paralympic sport will take place on June 3, 2026, at the Municipal Sports Center of Almirante Brown, Argentina. The 3rd National Congress on Adapted and Paralympic Sport will bring together professionals, educators, coaches, students, and community members interested in promoting sport participation for people with disabilities.

Under the theme “Introduction to Different Adapted Sports”, the congress aims to provide participants with practical knowledge and tools to support the development of adapted sport within their local communities. The programme will highlight a range of adapted and Paralympic sport disciplines currently available in Argentina, encouraging their dissemination and implementation across different regions.

The event seeks to strengthen awareness of inclusive sport opportunities and contribute to the development of sustainable initiatives that improve participation, access, and quality of life for people with disabilities. Organizers also emphasize the importance of building local capacity and fostering networks among professionals working in sport, education, rehabilitation, and community programs.

The congress represents an opportunity to exchange experiences, learn about adapted sport pathways, and support the continued growth of inclusive sport in Argentina.
