The Queensland Academy of Sport (QAS) in collaboration with Paralympics Australia is offering a two-hour workshop for physiotherapists and exercise physiologists on talent identification and classification in Paralympic sport. The workshop will cover valuable technical knowledge from industry experts and new ways to empower clients to pursue their sporting goals.

The workshop will cover:
• Overview of eligible impairments for para sport.
• Key assessment methods for preliminary para sport classification.
• Introduction to coaching para-athletes.

The QAS wants to inspire Allied Health professionals to collaborate with the organization in identifying, supporting and developing world-class Paralympians for 2028 and 2032.
