The Kinesiology, Athletics and Dance Department of Santa Rosa Junior College is seeking a pool of qualified candidates with demonstrated instructional skills to join an outstanding team of faculty and administrators to provide high quality programs and services to our district, our community, and most importantly to our students.
We are seeking instructor/coaches for inclusion in a pool who have the ability to teach/coach in one or more of the following areas:
- Adaptive Physical Education
- Others
Required for Adaptive Physical Education:
Master’s Degree in Physical Education, Exercise Science, Education with an emphasis on Physical Education, Kinesiology, Physiology of Exercise or Adaptive Physical Education; OR Bachelor’s degree in any of the above AND Master’s in any Life Science, Dance, Physiology, Health Education, Recreation Administration or Physical Therapy; OR the equivalent; AND 15 semester units of upper division or graduate study in adapted physical education.
