A postdoctoral position in Sport & Exercise Medicine is available at the Division of Sport and Exercise Medicine in the Faculty of Medicine and Health Sciences (Tygerberg campus), Stellenbosch University.
Area of postdoctoral research:
- Injury and illness surveillance in Paralympic athletes.
- Other affiliated adapted sports medicine research.
The fellow will be joining an internationally renowned group of researchers pioneering health research in athletes with a disability.
Requirements:
- PhD degree in the past 5 years.
- Strong background in sports medicine, sport science, and biokinetics.
- Physiotherapy or physical medicine and rehabilitation.
- Experience with data management is required.
