Move United OnDemand provides a high-quality, engaging fitness platform adapted for different abilities and body types. Through highly trained instructors and workouts that are fun, dynamic, and engaging, athletes with disabilities can enjoy the benefits of healthy, physical activity at home and other places.

New fitness programs included considering 3 Programs, 5 Classes each, all led by instructors with disabilities. The classes are based on six key fitness areas that range from 10-45 minutes, getting high-quality workouts, no matter interest level or time constraints.

The fitness programs

Focus on Mobility: Mobility is a key part of fitness. This 5-class series will focus on helping to build and maintain mobility. Led by Alyssa Gialamas, a two-time Paralympian and certified fitness instructor.

Toning & Endurance: To maintain fitness and build endurance with this 5-class series designed to help redefine abilities. Led by Move United Ambassador and trained fitness instructor, Sarah Evans.

Hiit It: High-Intensity Interval Training can sound intimidating, but this 5-class series will get to push what’s possible. Led by Dave Michael, the certified instructor
