The International Network for Qualitative Research in Disability and Physical Education (INQRDPE) will host the second seminar in its international series on Wednesday, 23 September 2026. The online session will be led by Dr Fabián Arroyo and will focus on “(Post)Colonialism, Physical Education, and Disability.”
The seminar will begin at 9:00 a.m. in New York, 10:00 a.m. in São Paulo, and 2:00 p.m. in London. Participation is free and open to researchers, doctoral students, practitioners, and others interested in disability, physical education, and qualitative research.
The seminar series provides a space for critical discussion about qualitative research and its role in understanding disability and physical education. It also aims to develop an international community committed to examining ableism and inequality, exchanging research perspectives, and considering how qualitative methods can contribute to more inclusive practices.
Following international participation in the first seminar, the September session will continue these discussions and strengthen connections across research and professional communities.
