The North American Federation of Adapted Physical Activity (NAFAPA) has released the latest issue of its newsletter. Featured are the work of Cathy McKay, an assistant professor at James Madison University; the scholarly and athletic pursuits of Robert Shaw, a doctoral student at the University of British Columbia Okanagan; the sport opportunities provided to individuals utilizing power wheelchairs by the Northern Virginia Power Soccer Patriots; and professional tips and reading recommendations for young scholars provided by Donna Goodwin, a professor at the University of Alberta. The next issue of the NAFAPA newsletter will be available in March 2020.
