Information CAPA 2020 – CAPA 2021

Beitostølen Healthsports Center, in collaboration with the Centre for Disability and Development Research, are delighted to welcome you to the symposium “Capturing the Magic – Participation for all” at Beitostølen, Norway.

The health and safety of our attendees are definitely our most utmost priority. So, in a time of great concern and uncertainty associated with the COVID19 virus both nationally and internationally, Beitostølen Healthsports Center and the organizing committee of the CAPA 2020 symposium have made the following decision:

The CAPA 2020 Symposium has been postponed to 2021.

It will now be the CAPA 2021 Symposium. The new dates are:

Tuesday 1st of June 2021; The National APA seminar

Wednesday 2nd to Friday 4th of June; The International Symposium CAPA 20

The APA seminar, arranged in cooperation with the Norwegian School of Sport Science, in Norwegian, will be held on Tuesday 1st of June, and the participants may also attend the first day of the CAPA 2021 symposium, Wednesday 2nd of June.

Wednesday June 2nd 2021:

Lectures from the Keynote Speakers, and parallel sessions with short papers.

In the evening we will bring you further into the mountains for an «adapted hiking and welcome dinner». Remember to bring shoes and clothes for a spectacular evening in the Norwegian mountains, 1100 masl.

Thursday June 3rd:

More lectures from the Keynote speakers, workshops, and time at Beitostølen Healthsports Center experiencing the rehabilitation activities that take place at the Center.

In the evening; Networking Dinner and Celebration.

Friday June 4th:

Keynote speakers, workshops and parallel sessions with short papers.

A more detailed program will be published later. The Program will be tentative; topics, times, and speakers are subject to change.
