The Physical Activity for health conference will take place in the John McIntyre Conference Centre which is in the Pollock Estate in Edinburgh on 20th and 21st October 2023. The event is organised by World Ability sport a new organization formed from the merger of CPISRA and IWAS.CPISRA and IWAS were the International Organisation for Disability Sport and founder members of the IPC.
This will be the second conference of this type the first being an online event run in conjunction with Disability Sport Australia. In short, the conference brings together researchers, medical practitioners, coaches’ athletes, and parents to extol the benefits of sport and recreation for people with Cerebral Palsy and neurological conditions.
