The UK Sports Institute has announced a vacancy for the position of Head of Performance Support (Paralympic), based in Sheffield, United Kingdom. This full-time, permanent role is part of a newly established Paralympic Specialist Service aimed at enhancing support for high-performance sport.
The position will lead and coordinate multidisciplinary performance support teams working with Paralympic World Class Programmes. The role includes managing service delivery, aligning support with athlete and coach needs, and ensuring high standards of practice across programmes.
The successful candidate will work closely with coaches and practitioners to deliver integrated performance planning and contribute to the development of Paralympic sport systems.
