The Steadward Centre has partnered with Jumpstart to launch the Inclusive Play Leadership Certificate.
This educational opportunity provides coaches and youth leaders with practical information and tools to ensure their sport, activity, and community are inclusive, so every child
has a chance to fulfill their dreams.
Based on the recognition that all kids are different, with unique motivators, barriers, and coaching needs, the principles outlined in this course serve as a foundation and are not intended to be
prescriptive, but rather encouraging to build a program based on the specific needs of kids.
The Inclusive Play Leadership Certificate comprises five modules including program introduction, introduction to play, inclusion, and inclusive play, providing support and a look at play areas.
