This online course offers 26 structured lessons, each featuring a recorded lecture and a brief quiz to reinforce learning. A 125-question final exam concludes the course, ensuring a deep understanding of the material. Topics include anatomy, bioenergetics, disability advocacy, inclusive fitness standards, adaptive training protocols, and tailored exercise prescriptions.

- Recognizing and addressing challenges in fitness and health services for people with disabilities.
