The EUCAPA 2026 scientific meeting has opened its call for abstracts through its online registration system.
Key deadlines include:
• Abstract submission: 10 January 2026
• Volunteer Program submission: 15 February 2026
• Early bird registration: 31 March 2026
• Presenting authors registration: 30 April 2026
• Final registration: 4 June 2026
The event will be held in person and will feature keynote and invited lectures, oral and poster sessions, symposia, professional and video presentations, and workshops. The conference motto, “APA Evolution: Honoring Our Past, Shaping Our Future,” frames five submission sub-themes: inclusive physical education, sport development, rehabilitation and exercise therapy, technology and adaptive equipment, and leisure and psychosocial aspects of APA.
Abstracts may be submitted as oral presentations, posters, symposia, professional/video sessions, or workshops. Each format has specific requirements, with abstracts limited to 300 words in English. Accepted authors must complete a regular registration for inclusion in the program and publication in the conference proceedings.
Young investigator awards will recognize outstanding student contributions in oral and poster formats, with selected works invited to submit a full article to EUJAPA.
