VISTA 2025, the International Paralympic Committee’s scientific conference, will be delivered in an online format to support broad international participation. Although the event was delayed due to unforeseen circumstances, organizers have confirmed that the conference will proceed virtually in both synchronous and asynchronous formats.
The online structure will include six thematic sessions, each lasting two hours and led by internationally recognized experts. Sessions will feature focused presentations and interactive discussions. In addition, previously scheduled oral and poster presenters have been invited to submit recorded presentations, which will be made accessible to the wider VISTA community.
There will be no registration fee for presenters or attendees, ensuring open access to researchers, practitioners, coaches, and professionals supporting the Paralympic Movement. During the conference, the recipient of the IPC Scientific Award will also be announced.
VISTA 2025 continues its commitment to advancing research and knowledge that supports athletes, coaches, organizers, and the scientific and technical community involved in Paralympic sport.
